Delivery

to your door.

Every Rovelle order is dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, with UK delivery in 5-7 working days. Free delivery on orders over £150. For orders under £150, delivery is £6.95.

We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery is something we're working toward.

Once your rug ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it from our workshop to your door.

Returns

30 days to change your mind.

If your rug isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@rovellehome.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send full instructions within one working day. Return shipping is paid and arranged by the customer.

Once your rug arrives back with us, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

If Something Goes Wrong

We'll make it right.

If your rug arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

If your delivery hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll trace it with our courier and resolve it from there.

A Rovelle rug is built to be lived with for years. If anything stands in the way of that, we'll fix it.
